Compsns. contg. a cpd. of formula (I) and a carbamate are new. (WHere R=H, 1-4C alkyl, 2-8C alkynyl, or -CN; R1 and R2=H or one =H and the other F or Cl; A represents either a gp. of formulae (a) and (b) R3=H or a halogen; R' and R'2' =halogen, 1-8C alkyl or together form a 3-6C cycloalkyl ring or a ketonic ring of formula (c) in which the ketone is alpha to the double bond and X is O, S, or NH; R3, R4, R5, and R6= halogen Y=H, halogen, 1-8C alkoxy; m=0, 1 or 2). (I) are insecticides for use on rice crops. Synergism between (I) and the other components.
