PURPOSE:To change the dividing ratio, by providing the 1st count circuit counting an input pulse via a gate circuit and the 2nd count circuit counting the input pulses directly, and changing the count value of the 2nd count circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input pulse from a terminal 7 is counted at a 350-notation counter 10 via a gate 9. Further, the input pulse is counted directly by an octal notation counter 11 and the count output is applied to a count value selecting circuit 12, which gives a control signal to a gate controlling circuit 13 with inputs T0, T1 and T3. The gate 9 is switched with the output of the control circuit 13 and the counter 10 counts with a dividing ratio accordingly. Thus, the input pulse of high frequencies is frequency-divided with a simple circuit. |
