PURPOSE:To eliminate an accoumulated error and to improve positioning precision by supplying an NAND output between a zero signal to an up/down counter and an NC data output signal to the up/down counter as an NC data set signal. CONSTITUTION:When the up/down counter 20 goes down to zero after positioning, a signal ZERO is outputted. A CPU22 outputs NC data and a signal OUT, which are both NANDed by an NAND circuit 23 to obtain the signal DATA SET to the up/down counter. Once, however, the counter having went down to zero temperarily varies in its contents owing to oscillation, the signal DATA SET is not outputted any more and data is not set. Then, when the counter counts down to zero after said position shift due to the oscillation recovers, the signal DATA SET is outputted. |
