PURPOSE:To improve the yield of material, by molding under heating and pressurizing a ring shaped foaming body slicing a cylindrical foaming body into a prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical foaming body 1 is made by foaming a plastic such as ethylenevinylalcohol, ethylenepropylene terpolymer, ester system urethane, ether system urethane, acrylbutadienestyrene, ethylene, polypropylene and polyvinylchloride. The body 1 is sliced into a prescribed thickness to form the ring shaped foaming body 2. The inner and outer diameter of the body 2 is formed to be almost equal to that of the edge to be obtained. The body 2 is set between a bottomtool 4 having a heater 3 at the surrounding and a top force 6 having a heater 5 at the surrounding, and a diaphragm edge 7 of a prescribed shape is molded by heating and pressurizing. |
