<p>PURPOSE:To obtain easily a color filter superior in precision of spectral characteristics, by forming a transparent layer with the same thickness as the first color filter layer (F1) on a substrate and forming the second color filter layer (F2) on the layer F1 and the transparent layer with the same thickness. CONSTITUTION:A dyeable resin layer consisting of gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, or the like is colored to form th first color filter layer 17 on a substrate 15, and an intermediate layer 18 having the resistance to dyeing is coated on the layer 17 to prevent the layer 17 from being dyed with another color. A transparent layer 27 is formed on all of the surface of a recessed part, which is generated by the layer 17, with the same thickness as the layer 17, and a part 28 of the layer 27 on the layer 17 is removed to leave a transparent layer 29 on the recessed part. An intermediate layer 30 having the resistance to dyeing is formed, and the second color filter layer 31 is dyed with cyan and is so formed that a G part (green part) 33 overlapping the first color filter layer 17 and a Cy part (cyan part) 32 have the same thickness. The layer 17 is dyed with yellow, and the filter supurior in precision of spectral characteristics of a yellow region Ye, a green region G, and a cyan region Cy is obtained.</p> |
