PURPOSE:To suppress a rise in temperature around a burner and to cause to have steady fire extinguishing properties, by a method wherein a top part is located above an inner fire grate of a wick guide tube, and a punched part, where a part except coupling parts is punched, is formed in the top part to suppress thermal conduction to said inner fire grate from the top part. CONSTITUTION:In a top part 4, facing a burner 19, of a wick guide tube 2, the part except a plurality of coupling parts 6 located in the proximity of an inner flame tube 17 is all punched. Even if the heat is going to transfer to an inner fire grate part 3 from the top part 4 of the wick guide tube 2 which is heated to a high temperature by the radiant heat from the burner 19, there remains nothing but the coupling parts having a very small area, and thereby a thermal conduction may be almost cut off. This enables lowering of temperature at the inner fire grate and below the inner fire grate, providing steady fire extinguishing properties, permitting the reduction of production of tar. |
