PURPOSE:To allow a fixed quantity of fluid to flow out irrespective of the fluid pressure, and to adjust the flow quantity in proportion to the fluid temperature. CONSTITUTION:A fluid flowing in through a fluid inlet port 2 flows into an intermediate chamber 32 as the primary pressure fluid from a circular chamber 30 through an end chamber 33 and passage 34 to affect a movable bulkhead 8. Since the fluid in the end chamber 33 flows into an outlet side chamber 31 through the inside of a valve port 6 and the periphery of a heat sensitive expansion element 24, the pressure of the outlet side chamber 31 affects the movable bulkhead 8. Therefore, even if the pressure of the circular chamber 30 and outlet side chamber 31 is changed, the pressure difference between the front and rear of a flow quantity adjusting valve 21 is constant, thereby a fixed quantity of fluid flows out. In addition, when the temperature of the fluid around the heat sensitive expansion element 24 is elevated, the opening area of the adjusting valve body 21 is expanded. |
