A lamp inspection apparatus, a lamp aging apparatus, and an operation method of the lamp aging apparatus are provided to decrease an inspection time by inspecting plural lamps, which are mounted on a lamp driving board, at the same time. A lamp inspection apparatus includes a current detector(110) and an inspection data output unit(120). The current detector converts operation currents of plural lamps into digital signals, detects a defective lamp based on the converted data, and outputs inspection data. The inspection data output unit visually displays the inspection data. An alarm output unit(130) generates visual or audio alarm in response to a flag signal. The current detector outputs the flag signal indicating an existence of the defective lamp. The current detector includes an ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(111), a data analyzer(112), a position determining unit(113), and a controller(114). The position determining unit determines a position of the defective lamp based on the analysis data from the data analyzer and outputs the analysis data and position data. |
