New trisubstituted guanidine bound to a pyperidine. The invention relates specifically to cyanoguanidines having the general formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 are substituants, n is 0 or 1, n' is 0 or 1, A and B are CH2, CHOH, CO or a single bond as well as the salts of said compounds with a mineral or organic acid. Said compounds have interesting pharmacological characteristics which make them useful as the active principle or constituent of a drug.
