A method of manufacturing composite feed and a method of breeding Korean cows(Bos taurus coreanae) using the composite feed are provided to improve meat quality and weight gain as well as the immunity of Korean cows. During breeding Korean cows, 70% by weight of 6 kinds of grains and potatoes are ground and mixed with 30% by weight of 4 kinds of seaweeds. Then 50% by weight of the obtained feed is mixed with 50% by weight of roughage feed and fed to Korean cows. The 6 kinds of grains contain corn, barley, white beans, black beans, mung beans and red beans. The 4 kinds of seaweeds contain sea mustard, laver, green laver and kelp.
