A heart cam device is provided to return a pin part using an elastic member such that a fixing projection, which allows a first case and a second case to be locked with each other, is prevented from being deviated. A heart cam device comprises a first case(21), a second case(22), a pin assembly(40) and a control assembly(50). The first case has a guide part(30) having a heart shape. The second case is installed at a position adjacent to the first case. The pin assembly is coupled to the second case such that the pin assembly rotates with respect to the second case. The pin assembly is locked and unlocked to the guide part. The control assembly allows the pin assembly to be located at a predetermine position. The control assembly includes a support projection(51) which is projected on the second case toward the pin assembly, and an elastic member(52) which is locked to the support projection and fixed to the pin assembly.
