A load-carrying plate element comprising a load-carrying plate (1) constituting the central body of the element. The element has a low weight and can withstand impacts and blows and even high spot loads. The details comprised therein, further, can be varied and exchanged according to demand and wear. A separate surface plate (2) is attached against at least one of the large surfaces of the plate and is maintained attached thereto by means of a frame (4), which comprises an edge flange (5) for abutment to the edge surfaces of the plate, and a lateral flange (7) projecting perpenducularly to the edge flange and abutting the outer surface (2) of the surface plate, and the frame is detachably attached on the plate. |
