PURPOSE:To obtain titled disposing device that can prevent forming of defective products surely by disposing short material that occurs when feeding of material becomes deficient due to some abnormalities during operation and its tip does not hit on the stopper without sending the short material to pressure forming die. CONSTITUTION:When the amount of feeding of material (a) sent out from a shearing die becomes deficient by some abnormalities and does not hit on a stopper 9, the material signal does not flow in the lead wire 51, and a short material detecting signal is sent out. The direction of supply of pressurized air to an air cylinder 43 is changed to the rod side by this signal, and a piston rod 44 is energized in the direction of contraction, and compressive force of a compression coil spring 37 is released. Then, a pressing member 49 is moved quickly downward with a rod 38 and a vertically moving body 35 by expanding force of the spring 37, and the holding part at the tip is separated from a lower finger 17. The fitting face of an upper finger 23 is slide contacted to a contacting face 50 over whole oscillating travel. Short material (a) projected from a sleeve 6 is not held by fingers 17, 23 and projected forward and dropped onto a chute and discharged to prevent transfer to the pressure forming die 4. |
