PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a local high-pressure difference at the throttle part of the valve and permit smooth transfer of a valve piece by fixing, a plurality of control discs in laminated form in a valve opening part while each of which is equipped with a hole in which the valve piece slides in the center part and further with a small hole and an annular projection. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of a valve seat 6 in a valve opening part, control discs 11 and 12 each of which is equipped with a hole in which a valve piece 8 slides in the center part and further with a small hole 15 and an annular projection, are fixed in laminated form by a holding body 7. Conseqently, continuous flow of fluid from a high pressure side to a low pressure side is not interrupted, when the valve piece 8 is operated, and even if the valve opening degree is small, the flow is expanded stepwise through the small hole 15, and certain operation for energy dissipation is enbled through the flow in a wide range in a fluid control part 10. Thus, generation of the local high-pressure difference in the throttle part which is caused by the opening and closing operation of the valve, can be certainly prevented, and the valve piece 8 can be shifted smoothly. |
