发明名称 FORMATION OF PHOSPHOR SCREEN OF COLOR PICTURE-TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve brightness of a color picture-tube and obtain a phosphor screen having color uniformity by forming an organic film through an organic filming agnet containing fatty acid salt on a phosphor film formed inside of a glass pannel of a color picture-tube. CONSTITUTION:An interfilm agent composed of a polyvinyl alcohol boric acid complex, peroxide water (35% solution), natrium hydroxide, acryl emulsion, pure water and natrium stearate is injected on the inner face of a color picture- tube having a phosphor screen, wherein a three primary color phosphors are regularly arranged, while said interfilm agent is applied by means of a rotary application method. The color picture-tube is manufactured through a process wherein, after being dried by an infrared ray heater or a hot wind, an alminium metal thin film is formed on the surface thereof followed by funnel part sealing, electron gun sealing and discharge of gas. The phosphor film of the color picture-tube obtained by said interfilm is even and uniform, having good reflection efficiency of the metal thin film thus improving brightness of the fluorescent picture-tube by 5-6% in comparison with the former one.
