The process envisages the use of one or more vacuum levels or one or more films one above the other, which on the one hand are drawn independently of one another onto moulds or models, thereby ensuring simple production of the components between the films and also causing easier demoulding of components without any release agent and a long mould service life, and on the other hand a simple application of fine layers is effected, for example by planar application and subsequent shaping, controlling of the component thickness or uniform impregnation and venting of the solid/liquid laminate located between the films. Furthermore, the most varied of flexible and rigid flowing aids are indicated, and their combinations with sandwich cores are demonstrated. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of already known methods are indicated and the possibilities of variation of the process advantages according to the invention are discussed in detail, such as for example a closed, yet transparent system, in spite of the use of only one negative or positive mould.
