Sole is made of flexible material such as plastic and is thickened increasingly from shank to heel in order to form heel wedge. The heel bottom which contacts with track surface is expanded horizontally against the longitudinal axis of sole, and more than one corner of sole are opened to outside and supporting members can be inserted into the sole bottom.
