Plug connector for electrical coaxial cables

This connector comprises a dielectric which supports both the sleeve-shaped connector outer conductors and the central connector inner conductors. The connector conductors are connected to the cable conductors by crimping. In order structurally to simplify these connectors and in order to be able to assemble them more quickly, the connector dielectric has a region which projects at least partially into the axial region of the cable connecting section of the connector outer conductor in such a manner that the radial force exerted inwards on the section by crimping the cable connecting section additionally acts via the said region at least on the cable-side, radially flexible retaining section of the connector inner conductor.
