CLOTHING FOR PREVENTING CHARGING OF STATIC ELECTRICITY

Clothing worn in a room in which air is maintained in a clean state to prevent charging by static electricity. In working clothing, working shoes or other clothing produced from cloth in which conductive fibers are woven parallel to each other, conductive materials are arranged at superimposed or abutting parts of cloth pieces, and these portions of the clothing are made to be completely electrostatically connected, thereby suppressing charging voltages and human charging voltages in the cloth to prevent the possibility of dust adhering to the clothing, and prevent such dust from being the source of production defects such as the electrostatic breakdown of circuit elements in a factory for semiconductor integrated circuits.
