FORCED LUBRICATING DEVICE FOR INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To improve the workability in maintenance for a crank case after removal of an oil pan by a method wherein a lubricant oil distribution passage is formed in the oil pan. CONSTITUTION:Distribution passage 32 is extended in the axial direction of a crank shaft with the bottom part of an oil pan 25 being positioned just below the crank shaft 17. To the distribution passage 32 are provided divided pressure feeding passages 33a which are communicated with each of oil feeding holes 22a in a lower case 16 when the oil pan 25 is fixed to the lower case 16. To the divided passages 32 of the oil pan 25 are divided communicated passages 34, the communicating passages 34 are extended toward the corner part along the bottom surface of the oil pan 25 and communicated with the discharging hole 35 extending upwardly. The discharging hole 35 is communicated with the gear chamber 38 through the passage hole formed in the lower case 16.
