<p>Steam cleaning equipment comprising a water reservoir incorporating steam and water inlet ports and steam and water outlet ports arranged to supply steam at a controlled pressure and water in predetermined quantities to a hand piece where they are mixed in a venturi nozzle. A steam pressure reducing valve in the reservoir is immersed in the water and operated by steam pressure on a piston which has no sealing rings but which condenses steam leaking past the piston and passes the condensate into the reservoir. Detergent metering means and anti-siphon provisions are also described.</p> |
