<p>The toy consists of a bar (1) having a row of teeth or of notches (5) and at the end of which is fastened a revolving body (2) which can revolve freely, with play, about a spindle (4). The revolving body is driven in rotation by the simultaneous rubbing of the notches (5) with a small stick (6) and with the nail (7) of the hand holding the small stick (6).
