摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality pastry web having proper viscosity, by placing a pair of horizontally arranged pressing and feeding rolls above a pair of pressure rolls. CONSTITUTION:The gap 3 between a pair of horizontally arranged first and second pressure rolls 1, 2 is adjustable with the tiltable bearing 4 of the second roll 2. A pair of pressing and feeding rolls 5, 6 are placed right above the first and the second pressure rolls 1 and 2, respectively. The gap 7 between the pressing rolls 5 and 6 can be adjusted by the tiltable bearings 8 and 9 supporting the rolls 5 and 6, respectively. The first and the second rolls 1 and 2 form together with the first and the second peessing and feeding rolls 5 and 6 the space 10 to press the raw dough to be rolled. The dough (a) is passed from the feeder through the gap 7, pressed in the pressing part, kneaded, and rolled between the gap 3 to obtain a pastry web.
