发明名称 MEASURING APPARATUS FOR ENZYMIC ACTIVITY
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the measuring operations, by means of one electrode for sensing the concentration of a substance to be sensed in a flow path of a flow system. CONSTITUTION:A standard enzymic solution is injected from a sample solution feed part 4 into a reaction part 1 by operating a pump 7, and a solution containing a substrate in a buffer solution is injected from a feed part 5 for the solution containing the substrate into the reaction part 1 by operating a pump 7' respectively in given amounts. Both solutions are brought into contact and reacted. The resultant reaction solution is then introduced into a flow cell 2 by a pump 7'' to give base signals. The reaction solution is then passed through a flow path 3 into the flow cell 2 one after another at a given time interval while continuing the reaction of the enzymes with the substrate in the reaction part 1. In the flow cell 2, the change in concentration of the substance to be sensed, produced or consumed by the chemical reaction between the enzymes and the substrate is sensed as a change in electric signals by an electrode 8 and measured in a measuring part 9.
