CUTTING DEVICE OF WEFT FOR JACQUARD MECHINE

A cutting device of a weft for a jacquard machine is provided to raise the work efficiency and the quality of fabric by cutting the weft of the pattern region of the textile simultaneously in the weaving process without an additional rear process. A weft cutting device cuts the weft of the pattern region of the textile weaved by a jacquard machine. A cutting bar is installed at the frame of the jacquard machine. A cutter(105) is fastened to the cutting bar to be attached and detached freely. A bar reception hole(107) having a slot(106) for providing elasticity is formed on the upper part of the fastening tool(108) for fastening the cutter to the cutting bar. A cutting body(113) fixes and preserves the blade(112) with a bolt(114) for cutting the weft at the lower part of the fastening tool. A fastening hole(115) is formed to be the long hole shape for adjusting the height of the cutting body. A separation tip(116) is formed to be sharp for separating the weft of the pattern region of the textile weaved at the cutting body. A blade home(118) is formed for receiving the blade in the separation tip. A blade bolt(119) preserves the blade received in the blade home at the rear part of the cutting body.
