<p>PURPOSE:To attain excellent picture display in a very natural state, by changing the direction of picture displayed by a monitor display in response to an external command arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION:In a recording system R, picture information or data picked by an image pickup element 4 are read out and scanned through the application of a power switch 5A and they are converted into a video signal at a video circuit 48, and the visual field of an object to be picked up is decided with a display state in an electronic display element 19. In turning on an operation switch 5B, a synthesis circuit 44 is operated, and a cynthesis signal of a position designation signal, a video signal and image pickup number information is given to a recording circuit 49. In a reproducing system P, the recorded picture information is displayed 31 via a reproducing circuit 50, and the longitudinal and lateral position of data are detected by a longitudinal and lateral position detector 51. The output is given to a longitudinal and lateral position changing device 52, where the direction is changed with an external command signal.</p> |
