PURPOSE:To provide a receipt and delivery device for cement tile where a series of works can be automatically performed such as storage of undried raw tiles in a storing shelf right after press-molding of mortar and taking out of these tiles from the storing shelf after curing them in a preservative chamber. CONSTITUTION:Each one end of a receiving board feeding-in conveyor 2 and raw tile taking-out conveyor 3 is positioned on a mobile table 4 of an automatic tile press machine 1. A slurry painting machine 5 is provided in the middle of the conveyor 3 as required, the other end of which is connected to a cement tile receipt and delivery device 8 through a gathering device 7. The device 7 is formed such that receiving boards loaded with raw tiles and gathered from the conveyor 3 are pushed into storing shelves 6 equipped with many steps, while the receipt and delivery device 8 is formed such that shelves 6 are lifted up, little by little, by means of a lift and tiles in the shelves 6 which have been cured can be pushed out along with receiving boards in response to pushing-in of raw tiles. Later, tiles are sent by means of a conveyor 9 to a separation device 10 to have the receiving boards separated. |
