PURPOSE:To exclude the difficult finishing operation for the surface of a master pattern, by producing a female mold consisting of a bottom false part and a top false part, and pouring a fluid and lightweight molding material therein to mold the master pattern. CONSTITUTION:After the bottom false part 4 is molded by sand, a wood pattern having blades in cross section for molding a blade 5 is set on the upper surface of the bottom false part 4, it is filled with sand to mold the blade 5, and then the top false part 6 is molded thereon, and after the sand is hardened, the top false part 6 is removed, and the blade 5 molded by the sand is removed together with said wood pattern. Thereafter, a boss section 1 and a core metal 2 are set on the upper surface of the lower false part 4, the upper false part is put thereon, and a master pattern material is poured in through an inlet 7 to mold a propeller master pattern. |
