To destroy weeds and harmful grasses in crops of useful plants, it is recommended to apply pre- and/or post-emergence of the seed compounds from the group of the chloro-cyclopentyl- or -cyclohexylamine-s-triazines of the general formula in a suitable formulation in amounts from 0.05 to 10 kg/ha, preferably 0.5 to 2.5 kg/ha.
