<p>The invention relates to improvements to a valve used in grape harvesting, of the three-way type having a paddle mounted rotatably in a cylindrical chamber (1) formed in the valve body, and the axis (2) of which is orthogonal to the plane defined by the intersecting axes (3, 4) of the three paths, the said valve being characterised in that the said chamber (1) is arranged in such a way as to be substantially tangential to the generatrix (10) of the duct in a line opposite the branch path (9), the axis (2) of the chamber (1) being offset towards this branch path, in that the openings of the three paths into the chamber (1) are distributed regularly about the chamber and extend substantially over the same angular sector, and in that the paddle (12) extends over an angular sector of the chamber of the order of approximately 120 DEG , the inner face (14) of the paddle being substantially spherical with a radius of curvature of the same order as the radius of the cylindrical chamber (1).
