The invention relates to an electronic send-receive switch for a transceiver, in particular for the short-wave range, which uses current-controlled diodes and in which reciprocal decoupling of the control circuits from the radio-frequency signal path is effected by decoupling networks comprising coupling capacitors and high-frequency chokes. In order to minimise the technical cost of the control device in terms of fast charge reversal of the coupling capacitors on switching over from transmission to reception and vice versa, it is proposed that transistor constant current sources (SQ1, SQ2 ... SQ4, WR) which can be controlled by a changeover signal (st) and which are in each case designed for a control current which is the maximum permissible for the transistors, are allocated in the control device (ST) to the diode control circuits. <IMAGE> |
