A leveling apparatus of a vertical motor and pump is provided to balance a maintenance base by sliding a slide block on a fixed block with a sliding groove. A leveling apparatus of a vertical motor and pump comprises a fixed block(302), a slide block(304), and a block moving part(312). The fixed block is fixed on a maintenance base. The slide block is slid on the fixed block to balance the vertical motor and the vertical pump. The block moving part moves the slide block. The fixed block is formed with a sliding groove. The slide block is formed with a projection corresponding to the sliding groove and formed with a pivot groove having a pivot(308). The block moving part includes an extension part(312d) extending from the fixed block, a moving rod(312a) whose edge has a thread, and a nut(312b) screwed with the moving rod.
