The invention relates to a steam-generating plant with an exhaust-gas purification apparatus, essentially consisting of a boiler, air preheater, evaporation cooler and electrostatic filter. It is proposed that the steam generator consists of an in-draught boiler with an upper horizontal gas outlet, that the gas draught leading downwards is formed essentially by a rotary air preheater of vertical axis rotation and by an evaporation cooler arranged underneath it, and that, downstream of this, an electrostatic filter is provided with a horizontal gas passage. Figure 1 shows an in-draught boiler (1) of conventional design, which is suspended in a supporting structure (7) and which possesses an upper horizontal gas outlet (8). Arranged in the gas draught leading downwards, on a further supporting structure (10), in succession in the gas-flow direction, are a rotary air preheater (2) and, immediately downstream of the latter, an evaporation cooler (3). The gas stream is guided from the evaporation-cooler outlet (9) into the electrostatic filter (4) and finally introduced into the chimney (6) by means of a suction-draught blower (5). <IMAGE> |
