PURPOSE:To control strictly the number of copies for each department, by using an inhibiting card to inhibit the copying action of an optional department. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic copying machine 1 contains a copying machine main body 2 and a control device 3 which is loaded to the main body 2. A print button 4, a ten-key 5, a concentration control knob 6, a display part 7, etc. are provided on the upper front part of the main body 2. The device 3 contains a storing means to store the cumulative number of copies of each department. The information to inhibit the flag of the storing means is recorded on an inhibiting card. This card is put into a slit 55. At this moment, a signal is delivered to inhibit the copying action. |
