PURPOSE:To attain a multiplex structure of a process controller with a low cost and high reliability, by using plural process interface modules containing multi-channel processing functions defined as one group to a process scramble connecting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Plural process interface modules 32 containing multi-channel processing functions are defined as one group. A common connection is secured between an input terminal 101 and an output terminal 102 of each of corresponding channels of each module 32 within a group. Then a process input/output line 500 is connected to the common-connected terminals 101 and 102 respectively. Each four units of process interface modules 32-1-32-4 or 32-5-32-8 fetch a process input respectively at the same time point and then deliver simultaneously the arithmetic process result to each corresponding channel. Therefore four arithmetic process results are obtained to a process input. |
