PURPOSE:To facilitate to handle for static electricity by changing forms under the condition of non-loading and loading of an element by a method wherein a cassette is constituted of a short plate consisting of elastic conductive substance to short-circuit the semiconductor element and a connector slidable up and down to electrically connect the terminals of the element to the main body of an electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor element 4 and the connector 3 are arranged between the upper case 1 having a fixing hook 1a on the lower surface and the lower case 2 having a hook 2a engaging with a groove provided inside the hook 1a on the upper surface. Between the element 4 and the upper case 1, the short plate 6 consisting of conductive substance added with elasticity by a bent part 6a provided in the periphery and a holding frame 5 consisting of insulation substance are inserted. Next, the connector 3 which conducts the main body of an electronic apparatus and the element 4 is provided between the element 4 and the lower case 2. When the main body of an electronic apparatus and the element 4 are under the condition of non-loading, the short plate 6 and the element 4 are contacted with the termnals 4a of the element 4 resulting in the condition of short-circuit, and it is relieved at the time of loading. |
