A loan processing method for expecting an increase of sales, a relay server, and a program recording medium therefor are provided to comprise a loan request and money deposit unit for setting the entire or some of loan application money to a filled amount of money, in order to deposit the money in a financial institution server. A relay server confirms actual sales results of tangible/intangible products of at least one distribution sales shop(or distribution agency). Sales commissions in each distribution sales shop are calculated according to the actual sales results. The entire or some of loan application money is set to a filled amount of money, and is deposited in a financial institution server. Loan money is directly paid to the distribution sales shops, or is paid through the relay server. The filled money is settled between the financial institution server and the relay server, or the loan money and the filled money are settled. |
