A system and a method for registering an affiliated card classified by a card company is provided to issue an affiliated card through a mode of renting card numbers en-block or in real-time and manage some part of a procedure of issuing an affiliated card, thereby reducing workload related to the affiliated card. A system and a method for registering an affiliated card classified by a card company comprise the following steps. A rental card number assigned in an affiliated card of each card company is stored in a rental card number D/B. Card company selection information is received from a customer terminal when the affiliated card is registered. The card number corresponding to the card company selection information is assigned as a number of the affiliated card. Affiliated card information including the number of the affiliated card is generated. The generated affiliated card information is stored in a predetermined storage unit. |
