A method for providing a total financial service and a system using integration finance ic card are provided to implement a multi-purpose finance integrated circuit card portfolio according to the client's own will. A system for providing a total financial service comprises: an integration finance integrated circuit card(999) having all kinds of card companies much all kinds of card applets; an IC card terminal(900) for producing a speciality including a transaction information corresponding to the card information and transactions object card which are read, after reading the card information corresponding to the transactions object card from an integration finance integrated circuit card; and a server(990) for receiving the speciality transmitted from the IC card terminal, and relaying and transmitting the card information included in the speciality and the transaction information to a server corresponding to the card information included in the received speciality.
