A method for producing of a conductive transfer roller, a transfer roller thereof and an image forming apparatus comprising the same are provided to improve inside diameter precision or uniformity of forming and minimize a waste amount due to cut of a rubber tube. One or more elastic materials are selected from a group including EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Rubber), NBR(acrylonitrile butadiene rubber), ECO(epichlorohydrin ethylene oxidation rubber), and CR(chloroprene rubber). A conductive material, an ion conductive agent, a vulcanizing agent and a forming agent are added to one or more elastic materials and mixed. The mixture is extruded. The extruded mixture makes form while passing a continuous transfer type bubbling unit. The form is pressed in a shaft and applied to the second vulcanization. The form is ground. |
