A urethane panel finishing material is provide to lower down the manufacturing cost, to make construction simple and to reduce the manpower, and to mass-produce urethane panel finishing materials in the uniform quality easily. A urethane panel finishing material includes a finishing member(10) formed in the shape of a bar to make the widthwise center projected to be inserted and assembled to two facing corners of a urethane panel which is formed by injecting urethane foam into a body, finishing paper(16) made of paper and forming the surface, and an adiabatic filling member(18) filled in the finishing paper and made of urethane foam, and provided with a female assembly(12) having a cross-sectional shape formed in a parallelogram, a quadrangle, a triangle and a semicircle and a male assembly(14) having a shape corresponded to the female assembly.
