<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the expansion of transmission error, by providing a transmission error detecting circuit detecting the transmission error and making a part of an exclusive OR circuit inactive when the transmission error detecting circuit detects the transmission error of a prescribed value ore more. CONSTITUTION:A transmission error detecting circuit 70 detects the transmission error of scramble data transmitted via a transmission line 80, and when the transmission error is increased to a prescribed value or more, a control signal C is outputted by using an opposing transmission line. Scrambler controlling circuits 54, 64 input this control signal, then they controls a self-synchronizing type scrambler 50 and a self-synchronizing type descrambler 60 to prevent the expansion of the transmission error.</p> |
