PURPOSE:To measure the spatial distribution of radiation doses by providing switching elements before and behied capacitors provided corresponding to detecting elements, and controlling the storage and read timing of signal charges. CONSTITUTION:All switching elements are turned on and respective capacitors 111-114 are charged to negative voltages by a constant voltage source 15 to be held on standby. After being turned off temporarily, the 1st switching elements 121-122 are all turned on according to radiation irradiation to take a measurement. At this time, positive charges are charged to the capacitors 111-114 according to the doses of radiation to the respective detecting elements. Then 2nd switching elements 131-134 are turned on successively to read a voltage corresponding to the amount of a signal through an amplifier and a voltmeter 7. |
