PURPOSE:To perform smooth, high-speed speed control, by storing previously acceleration in the process of speed control, and driving a feedforward speed control circuit by the acceleration output. CONSTITUTION:A principal circuit for forward/reverse seeking is composed of an inverter 60 for changing the polarity of a feedforward signal 21, analog switch 61, gain minus amplifier 62, and operational amplifier 63. In case of forward seeking, for example, an acceleration signal 14 stored previously is passed through the upper-stage side of the analog switch 61 to generate a feedforward signal 21 with a switching signal 20 for a carriage motion direction, and the signal 21 is produced, and the signal 21 is synthesized by the operational amplifier 63 with a speed error amplifier output 22 as the feedback signal of a speed control system, and a power amplifier input 24 is produced. For reverse seeking, an expected acceleration signal 14 is passed through the gain minus amplifier 62 and the lower-stage side of the analog switch to obtain the feedforward signal 21, performing the speed control smoothly. |
