<p>PURPOSE:To raise frequency response at a sampling time, by adding a dead weight deviation quantity like time series to a gain output signal of a hydraulic rolling reduction control device, and integrating a weight coefficient. CONSTITUTION:A rolling material 1 is rolled by a work roll 2 through a backup roll 3, and rolling is controlled by controlling a hydraulic cylinder 5 by a servo- valve 8. A position detecting device 7 is provided on a cylinder ram 6, and hydraulic rolling reduction is controlled by sending out a command current I''a to the servo-valve 8 through a position operating device 11, a deviation operator 12, a gain operator 13, a flow rate gain operator 14 and a D/A converter 15. A gain correcting operator 16 is connected in parallel to the gain operator 13, and a weight coefficient is integrated by adding a dead weight deviation quantity like time series, to a deviating signal DELTAS outputted from the deviation operator 12 by this gain correcting operator 16. In this way, the gain correcting operation is executed so that the servo-valve 8 can execute the operation like time series.</p> |
