PURPOSE:To miniaturize and highly densify the exchanger and at the same time ensure its reliability against the mixing of two fluids by a structure wherein a spiral space encircled with the outer wall of an inner tube, a spiral fin and the inner wall of an outer tube is formed as the passage of primary fluid changing its phase between two phases or vapor and liquid phases by providing the inner tube with the spiral fin onto the outer wall part in the inside of the outer tube so as to tightly fix the crests of the spiral fin to the inner wall of the outer tube and an annular thermally conductive body with a spirally wound pipe serving as a secondary fluid passage therein is tightly fixed onto the outer wall part of the outer tube. CONSTITUTION:An inner tube 1 is housed in the interior of a cylindrical outer tube 5 so as to tightly fix the crests 8 of the spiral fin 2 to the inner wall 9 and the primary fluid passage 10 is formed by the inner tube 1, the spiral fin 2 and the outer tube 5. The spirally formed tube 15 serving as the passage of the secondary fluid is formed within the annular thermally conductive body 16, which is molded integral with the tube 15 and tightly fixed onto the outer wall of the outer tube 5. Refrigerant flows through a primary fluid inflowing pipe 13 in the form of high temperature gas and heats water and condenses itself into liquid and flows out of a primary fluid outflowing pipe 14. On the other hand, the water flows through a secondary fluid inflowing pipe 17 into the pipe 15 and successively heated up to elevated temperature and flows out of a secondary fluid outflowing pipe 18. |
