PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchanger having high performance having reduced ventilation resistance, by using a pipe having a section shape of a circular arc circle, in a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A fin 2 having many pipe inserting holes 4 by which the ventilating direction in case of using as a heat exchanger and the long diameter of a circular arc circle become equal to each other is formed by a press, etc. Also, a U-shaped pipe 3 is bent in the shape of U by a rotary bender, etc., and thereafter, a circular arc circle part 6 having almost the same shape as the pipe inserting hole 4 of the fin 2 on the linear part of the pipe except a bent R part 5 by rolling, pressing, drawing, etc. Subsequently, many fins 2 having the pipe hole 4 of the circular arc circle are piled up, and thereafter, the U-shaped pipe 3 having the circular arc circle part 6 is inserted into the fin 2, and the assembly of the fin 2 and the pipe 3 is executed. Subsequently, the pipe 3 is expanded by a pipe expanding jig having the same section shape as the circular arc circle part 6, and the fin 2 and the pipe 3 are fixed. |
