PURPOSE:To obtain an even and accurate high polymer thin film by a method wherein after concave plate having pores is filled with an ink comprising resin or the like and a solvent, a plate cylinder having a convex plate with a smooth top face on the side thereof is pressed on the concave plate and then on the surface of a print body. CONSTITUTION:A concave plate 2 is filled with an ink comprising a low-viscosity resin or resin precursor for forming a thin film and a solvent. The concave plate 2 has numerous pores 1 on the entire surface or a necessary part thereof. The pores 1 are so arranged in the opening area, depth and pore density as to form a continuous and evenly thick thin film and the thickness of the thin film can be adjusted by varying the values thereof. Then, a plate cylinder 4 is pressed on the concave plate 2. A convex plate 3 provided on the side of the plate cylinder 4 gives a high polymer thin film a pattern. With the pressing of the plate cylinder, ink transfers onto the surface of the convex plate 3. Thereafter, the plate cylinder 4 is pressed on the surface of a print body such as glass to obtain a high polymer thin film. |
