PURPOSE:To enable free change of the layout of the room, comparatively easily responding to the change of the layout and to prevent the request for a special structure of the construction body, by partitioning a high-pressure and highly clean room from a low-pressure and insufficiently clean room by a movable partition wall in which air conditioning equipments are built. CONSTITUTION:The high-pressure and highly clean room A and a low-pressure and insufficiently clean room B are partitioned by a partition well 1, and air conditioning equipments having a coil 2, a fan 3 and the like are built in said partitioning wall. The floor 4 has a double structure and constitutes a free access floor, and various kinds of installed pipelines 5 are disposed and a vent passage 6 is constituted. The ceiling of the high-pressure and highly clean chamber A is constituted by a double ceiling and forms a vent passage 7 for air from the air-conditioning equipments and air is blown off through a filter 8 disposed at the lower ceiling into the room A, and circulated to the air-conditioning equipments through the floor 4. A blast duct 13 for pressure air and conditioning air is disposed in the back side of the ceiling, and blast air is introduced through ceilings 11 and 12 to the rooms A and B. |
