PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of a lubricating oil from a gap between an insert and a bolster, by forming a sealing layer of a filler, e.g. a synthetic resin, in the gap between the insert supporting rotatably a spindle and the bolster. CONSTITUTION:A sealing layer of a filler, e.g. a synthetic resin, is formed in a gap 12 between an outer peripheral side 10 of an inserting part of an insert 3 supporting rotatably a spindle 1 and an inner wall side 11 of a hole in a bolster 5. The construction is accomplished by applying the filler to the whole circumference of a part of the upper outer peripheral side of the insert 3 before inserting the insert 3 in the hole of the bolster 5, and inserting the insert 3 in the hole. |
